The bonenterprise.com website is published by BON ENTERPRISE, a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with share capital of EUR 1,000, registered as 920 978 426 RCS Paris, with its registered office at 60 rue François Ier, 75008 Paris, France. BON Enterprise presents its direction, commercial and technology projects, and opportunities for professional collaboration. Its corporate website allows visitors to explore these activities and make contact.

The projects and solution names presented do not imply that each is a separate incorporated entity, an available offering or an authorised regulated service. Service availability, the country of performance and scope are specified in a proposal for that particular engagement.

BON Online Shopping has separate terms for its boutique and marketplace. Product purchases, seller–buyer relationships, deliveries and returns are not governed by these corporate website terms.

Information and enquiries

Website descriptions do not, by themselves, constitute a binding quotation, a guarantee of results or acceptance of an engagement. An enquiry does not oblige the enquirer to purchase or BON to provide a service.

For any enquiry or business proposal, email ebon@bonenterprise.com. These terms guarantee neither a fixed response time nor round-the-clock support.

BON seeks to correct information that becomes inaccurate. Obligations under an accepted contract cannot be changed simply by updating the website.

Use and access

Visitors must respect others' rights and website security. Unauthorised access attempts, malicious content and unlawful extraction are prohibited. This rule does not restrict uses permitted by law.

Access may be interrupted for maintenance or incidents. BON does not guarantee continuous website availability; this does not exclude liability where its legal conditions are met. Any professional service availability commitment must be set out in that service's contract.

Links, data and artificial intelligence

Third-party websites apply their own terms. Linking to them does not transfer their commitments to BON. Detailed hosting, privacy and cookie notices are being finalised. Presenting AI projects does not mean an automated assistant is active on this website. Any future interaction subject to transparency requirements must be disclosed before or at the first exchange. An AI tool cannot, on its own, bind BON to a contract, change a contractual price or provide an authoritative legal, financial or medical decision.

Applicable law and changes

French law is the reference framework for these terms, subject to applicable mandatory rules. No visitor is deprived of protections or competent courts guaranteed by law.
